In our recording band program, students discuss different musical genres and then together over the course of several weeks they will write and develop their own original music. In the last few weeks of the program, students will have the opportunity to record their parts and learn about the process that goes into it and our band director will assist in mixing their songs.

Recording band programs take place in Spring, Summer and Fall and schedules are determined after bands are formed. Each session is 1.5 hours long and the program takes place over the course of 2-3 months, with four sessions per month.
